A/W TITAN INVITE The Rebels ran in the Annawan/Wethersfield Titan Invite on Monday August 29. The meet was held at Midland GC southwest of Kewanee. In the Girls race, Freshman Cheyenh Smith running in her first meet of the year led the Girls with a time of 23:30 good for 21st overall. She was followed by scoring teammates Paige Rewerts (24:01 - 25th), Sarah Kraklow (24:26 - 28th), Paytin Terwilliger (26:33 - 37th) & Keagan Hamilton (26:38 - 38th). The other finishers for the Girls were Alexis Martinez (27:13 - 42nd), Emily Martinez (29:06 - 49th), Nina Longabaugh (29:36 - 56th), Serenity McGlothlin (30:10 - 60th), Katie Grinnell (34:10 - 70th) & Arianna Gerber (35:14 - 73rd). As a team, the Girls finished 6th out of 6 scoring teams. The Boys only runner Ethan Grinnell finished in 25:18 good for 61st place. There were 16 schools at the Invite. The Girls race had 76 finishers and the Boys race had 75 finishers.
